Happy Father's Day, Dad!

You don't get to pick your parents but I couldn't have done better if I had tried. I needlepointed Dad a piece once that says, " A father is someone you look up to no matter how tall you grow". Thankfully that is very true in my family!

We had a nice lunch today at my house and, as you see, dessert stole the show. Wish you'd been here to join us!

Precious memories are being made and frozen in each picture you take. What a lovely tribute in honoring your father AND mother. My own father passed away in 2000 but I still look up! Days of dancing on his feet across the livingroom floor are heavily etched inside my pea brain. I am leaving in a few days to return to GA from the homeland of TX with a few family photos of my own to share. As you have stated before, family is always very important...I have some great shots to share with you when I get home of great aunts(102)/uncles See you soon. chefdeb
