What program did you use to create this? I just got Photoshop Elements 6.0, but can't figure it out. I haven't had a lot of time to play with it, but I think I will definitely need a book!

This was made in Photoshop Elements. I've had it for years now - even have the new one. Call Debbie for a class. Wouldn't that be fun!!!
